Payment Policy

Payment is due when services are rendered.

We accept most private insurance, Medicare, and worker’s compensation insurance.

Payment options – We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Cash, and Checks.

Refund Policy

We provide professional services, our time spent providing the evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care.  Often, the professional service is accompanied by a physical device/item(s).  As such, if the device/item meets what was prescribed,  and was appropriate at the time of service, we can not accept returns or issue refunds.

Supplies you may have received with the device/item, may be returned within 14 days as long as they are in original unopened packaging, are not used, and are not damaged, and not special ordered for you.

We do not accept returns or issues refunds for special orders.

We can not accept returns or issue refunds for custom fabricated devices.
