Congratulations Chelsea!!
We are very proud to announce that Chelsea, our Orthotic and Prosthetic Resident has just been awarded her Certified Orthotist credential by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, & Pedorthics.
To earn this credential, Chelsea completed her college degree, a NCOPE accredited residency program in orthotics, and passed three examinations: A written examination, a written simulation, and an in-person clinical patient management examination.
Chelsea wants to be the best. She chose to seek national certification and credential from the American Board for Certification because they have the highest standards.
The American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, & Pedorthics’ award of the credential Certified Orthotist, is not only recognized as the premier credential for an orthotist in the United States, but it is also recognized as the highest level of training and professional education by the International Society of Prosthetists and Orthotists and the World Health Organization.
